Specialized Services We Offer
-
Our Trauma Recovery program guides you through healing and rebuilding after challenging experiences. Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, ART, and Trauma-Focused CBT, we help you regain control, process your trauma, and move forward in life.
-
Our OCD Treatment offers specialized care tailored to each patient's unique presentation. We utilize evidence-based therapies, including ERP and ACT, to help manage obsessive-compulsive symptoms and empower you to reclaim your life.
-
Anxiety is a common mental health condition that can manifest as generalized worry, social anxiety, or panic attacks, and is often accompanied by depression or bipolar disorder. At NBCG, we offer individualized treatment plans using DBT, ACT, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, and interpersonal therapies to provide integrated approaches to effectively address co morbidities.
-
At NBCG we have extensive experience in supporting neurodiverse individuals with developmental disorders. Our mental health therapists are skilled in working with patients with higher-functioning autism, ADHD, and other conditions associated with executive functioning deficits and social connection challenges.
-
Children with developmental and behavioral disorders, young children that struggle with verbal skills and difficulty articulating emotions and those with trauma or stress benefit from play therapy. The therapy uses play as a medium for communication, expression and healing.
-
The BRIDGES Program, led by therapists, empowers families through PMT, mindfulness, and positive parenting strategies. Weekly sessions, homework, and Concept Cards—highlighting tools like the ABCs of behavior—help parents understand their child's behavior and family dynamics. In addition, therapists work one-on-one with children to provide individualized support. The program benefits parents of children with developmental, externalizing, and mood disorders.
-
Clinically significant Emotional Dysregulation is common in mood, developmental, and personality disorders. NBCG offers targeted Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address these challenges.
-
Severe Depression: For treatment-resistant depression, NBCG offers advanced treatments—including TMS (a non-invasive magnetic pulse therapy), Spravato (an FDA-approved nasal spray for rapid relief), and Ketamine Therapy (administered as a nasal spray or intramuscular injection)—while therapists work closely with the medical team to enhance treatment outcomes using CBT, mindfulness, and psychedelic-informed therapies.
-
Our program offers affirming individual counseling for adults and teens with gender and identity needs. Additionally, we host weekly support groups—with one group dedicated to LGBTQ teens and a separate group for parents held concurrently—to provide safe spaces for community support and discussion.
