Sleep Challenges Treatment in Utah — Restore Rest, Reclaim Life
Personalized, evidence-based care for insomnia, sleep disruption, and sleep-related challenges — all under one roof.
Why Choose NBCG for Sleep Support
Sleep plays a critical role in mental and physical health. When sleep is disrupted, it can impact mood, focus, memory, and overall well-being. Our Utah-based team provides targeted care to address the root causes of sleep issues — not just the symptoms.
Whether you're searching for help with chronic insomnia, sleep disruption tied to anxiety or depression, or irregular sleep patterns — we have the right provider for you.

Indications for Treatment
The providers at Neurobehavioral Center for Growth (NBCG) offer medication management for a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Bipolar Disorder. Medications are prescribed based on individual assessments and in conjunction with other therapeutic interventions as needed.
Important Safety Information
Psychiatric medications are only available by prescription and should be taken as directed by a healthcare provider. A provider at NBCG can help determine if medication is right for you. Patients' responses to medications may vary, and ongoing monitoring is necessary to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Common side effects may include drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, changes in appetite, or mood fluctuations. Some medications carry risks such as dependency, withdrawal symptoms, or rare but serious adverse effects. It is important to discuss all potential risks and benefits with your provider.
Medications for mental health conditions should not be discontinued without consulting a healthcare provider. If you experience severe side effects, worsening symptoms, or thoughts of self-harm, seek immediate medical attention.
