care that's trauma-informed and adapted to you.
Trauma doesn't show up the same way in any two people. Our treatment doesn't either. We bring together psychologists, psychiatrists, and board-certified mental health providers to design a path that fits your experiences, your symptoms, and your life — and we stay with you every step of the way.
Trauma-focused & evidence-based therapies
Therapies tailored to your experience and proven to support trauma recovery, including approaches that help you process difficult memories and build lasting coping skills.
Integrated care with therapy, psychiatry & medication
Mental health therapy, medication management, and advanced depression therapies — all available under one roof so your care is truly connected.
Personalized plans that meet you where you are
No two trauma stories are alike. We design your treatment around your history, your goals, and your pace — not a generic protocol.
Whole-person care for co-occurring concerns
Trauma often travels with anxiety, depression, dissociation, and more. We address the full picture — not just the diagnosis on paper.

Psychological & Neuropsychological Testing
Psychological testing is a structured way to assess a person's emotions, behavior, and personality. It helps diagnose mental health conditions and guides individualized treatment planning. Testing may include interviews, questionnaires, and standardized assessments.

Patients' responses to medications may vary, and ongoing monitoring is necessary to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Common side effects may include drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, changes in appetite, or mood fluctuations. Some medications carry risks such as dependency, withdrawal symptoms, or rare but serious adverse effects. It is important to discuss all potential risks and benefits with your provider.
Medications for mental health conditions should not be discontinued without consulting a healthcare provider. If you experience severe side effects, worsening symptoms, or thoughts of self-harm, seek immediate medical attention.
