Bridget Ruth, CSW
Bridget is a Certified Social Worker who greatly enjoys helping people find the keys to contentment for one’s life. Bridget earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee in 2008. Her professional, clinical experience includes helping adults and families who struggle with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, drug/alcohol addictions, obsessive-compulsive disorders, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, as well as spirituality. Bridget also has experience in couples and family counseling in residential, outpatient, and inpatient settings. Both of her internships during graduate school involved work with individuals, families, couples, and children affected by alcohol and drug addiction.
Bridget has children of her own and is very excited about helping children, parents, and caregivers to successfully navigate through the challenges that can arise during the various developmental stages of our children's' growth, especially when faced with things such as ADD and ADHD.
When Bridget is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, being outside, learning about nutrition and fitness, and watching movies.
